Water System Improvement Project
September 11, 2026
Rolling V Ranch WCID 3 is completing a significant water system improvement project to increase reliability, strengthen long-term water supply, and provide greater operational independence for our community.
This project includes bringing an additional groundwater source online to support the Bluestem and Reunion neighborhoods. The system will help diversify our water supply and support consistent water quality throughout the year.
What You May Experience
During the final transition phase, you may notice temporary changes as the system balances between the existing surface water system and the new groundwater system.
- Temporary low water pressure may occur while system adjustments are completed. Normal water pressure should return automatically.
- Temporary cloudy or milky water may occur due to harmless air in the lines. This should clear up after running the tap briefly.
Benefits of the New System
- Improved reliability for the community's water system
- Additional water source redundancy
- Greater long-term sustainability and operational flexibility
Water Safety and Support
Water service will remain available for normal use during this transition.
Questions or Concerns?
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed. If you experience low pressure for more than one hour after transition activities are complete, please contact Inframark's 24/7 dispatch center at 832-467-1599.
